HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
A rough guide.
Costs vary and are dependent on the site access, required foundation type and the size and specification of the proposed building. For an accurate costing, a site visit is recommended. However, as a general price guide on our most popular buildings, please see below:
Example 1: Standard two-bay open cart barn
A standard two-bay open cart barn, based on a C3 catslide frame (see Frame Styles) would cost approximately £32,000 + VAT*
Example 2: Standard three-bay open cart barn
A standard three-bay open cart barn, based on a C4 catslide frame (see Frame Styles) would cost approximately £41,000 + VAT*
Example 3: Standard two-storey two-bay frame
A standard two-storey two-bay frame, based on the M57-TS frame (see Frame Styles) would cost approximately £49,000 + VAT*
Example 4: Standard two-storey three-bay frame
A standard two-storey three-bay frame, based on the M58-TS frame (see Frame Styles) would cost approximately £62,000 + VAT*
*These are approximate costs and are based on using a basic reinforced concrete raft foundation on a level site. Roof covering would be a plain clay tile or natural slate. The two-storey buildings would have access to the upper floor via an external oak staircase, and have two Velux windows in the roof. The two-storey buildings are taken to a watertight construction only meaning services (such as water and electricity), and finishes (such as insulation and plasterboard) are not included.
