Example 1: Standard two-bay open cart barn
A standard two-bay open cart barn, based on a C3 catslide frame (see Frame Styles) would cost approximately £32,000 + VAT*
Example 2: Standard three-bay open cart barn
A standard three-bay open cart barn, based on a C4 catslide frame (see Frame Styles) would cost approximately £41,000 + VAT*

*These estimates are based on reinforced concrete raft foundations on a level site, with a roof covering of either plain clay tiles or natural slate. For two-storey designs, external oak staircases and Velux roof windows are included as standard, with the structure completed to a watertight stage. Services such as water and electricity connections, along with interior finishes like insulation and plasterboard, are not included in these estimates.
